Five     provinces new energy lime production demonstration project, fully entered the peak period of construction!

 The lime production project of new energy is an important industrial transformation demonstration project launched in combination with the actual situation of the lime industry at present. It is an important part of promoting lime green clean production and a key project for Tangshan Jinquan Company to promote transformation and upgrading and realize green development.

 This series of provincial demonstration projects have been started in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Liaoning and Heilongjiang provinces for six consecutive years. Upon completion, the project will become a local green clean production and garden-style lime production enterprise, and will playa demonstration and driving role in leading the transformation and upgrading of the local lime industry, which is of great strategic significance for promoting the high-quality development of the local economy.

 The project is designed and constructed by the company under Tangshan Jinquan Metallurgical Science and Technology Industry Group. The first project was started in Shaanxi in the middle of March 2022, and projects in other provinces were also started for six consecutive years. At present, many projects are in the peak period of comprehensive construction. It is expected that they will be put into production for six consecutive years from the end of October 2022, and it is expected that all projects will be put into production by the end of the year.

At the same time, during the construction process, each project department shall carry out dynamic management and control on material control, technical efficiency enhancement, safety management, process management, procedure management and quality management, continuously strengthen the whole process performance control and safety management capability of the project, and vigorously improve the innovation and effectiveness ability of the project.
 Most of the demonstration projects adopt EPC general contracting mode, which is a key project of Tangshan Jinquan Company for transformation and upgrading development, construction of new development pattern and promotion of long-term development. Upon completion, it will become a milestone for Tangshan Jinquan Company to integrate R & D, design, manufacturing, construction, training and production service mode and promote the overall upgrading of the company's business.

 It is reported that this technology can realize the combined application of clean energy such as natural gas + industrial tail gas + coal + biomass fuel, whether single-chamber vertical kiln or double-chamber vertical kiln. It can not only use one kind of fuel structure production alone, but also realize the combined production of multiple fuels, realizing the real gas-coal dual-purpose production process. Moreover, the lime production cost will be greatly reduced, and the lime quality will be effectively improved. At the same time, all of them are designed and applied with carbon dioxide recovery + industrial application. The process interface and some shared facilities lay a good foundation for the long-term planning and development of users in the next step.

 At present, the second batch of projects under discussion have been launched in Jiangxi, Guangxi, Hubei, Gansu, Guangdong and other provinces for six consecutive years.
